💡 About the RoleThis is a true full-stack opportunity where you will work across both frontend and backend equally. You will take full ownership of features — from concept to deployment — rather than working in isolated parts of the system.

• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain features across React / Next.js / TypeScript frontend and Node.js backend
• Design and build REST APIs, including data modeling, schema design, and database migrations
• Identify and improve code quality, architecture, and performance by resolving technical debt
• Work on systems requiring high data accuracy and transactional precision
• Deliver complete features end-to-end (backend + frontend integration)
• Collaborate closely with the founder and tech team to translate product ideas into real solutions
• Contribute to technical decisions and architecture planning
• ✅ Must-Have Skills3–5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise in React / Next.js / TypeScript
• Strong backend experience with Node.js and REST API development
• Experience with relational databases and ORM tools (schema design & migrations)
• Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
• Understanding of authentication and authorization systems
• Ability to work in existing codebases and handle technical debt effectively
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a startup environment
• ⭐ Nice to HaveExperience with payment gateway integrations (e.g., Stripe)
• Knowledge of Python or additional backend technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar)
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based features
• Prior experience working in an early-stage startup
