Hi,


A billing executive and accounts professional manages daily invoices, tracks customer payments, and maintains financial records. Key duties include issuing bills, reconciling accounts, and handling ledger.


Billing Operations: Create and issue accurate customer invoices, bills, and receipts.

Accounts Receivable: Monitor incoming payments, update databases, and follow up on pending or overdue balances.

Ledger Reconciliation: Match bank statements and customer ledgers to clear errors or payment mismatches.
