Marketing Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new residential and commercial solar leads through field visits, references, and local marketing.
• Meet prospective customers and explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems and government subsidy schemes.
• Conduct initial site visits and coordinate with the technical survey team.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Build relationships with RWAs, builders, electricians, architects, and local influencers for lead generation.
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• RequirementsGraduate or Diploma holder (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in solar, electrical, construction, insurance, telecom, or real estate.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic mobile applications.
• Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
