Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers in creating and delivering technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The position also involves managing project resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of engineering or construction projects while maintaining quality and cost standards. Collaboration and oversight are key components, ensuring that all aspects of the engineering process align with organizational objectives and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Oversee the coordination and integration of multidisciplinary engineering activities to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from planned schedules or quality standards.
- Support the professional growth of junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and design principles related to software-defined wide area networks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues within SD-WAN environments.
- Ability to manage and optimize network performance, ensuring reliability and security.
- Familiarity with integration of SD-WAN solutions with existing network infrastructure and cloud services.
- Capability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective engineering solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SD-WAN Implementation.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
