• Ensure 100% operational uptime of CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm System, Boom Barriers, and Flap Barriers.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per the approved maintenance schedule.
• Monitor system health and promptly attend to all breakdowns within the defined SLA.
• Conduct routine testing of fire alarm systems, detectors, MCPs, hooters, and control panels.
• Monitor BMS alarms, trends, and equipment performance, and take corrective actions as required.
• Ensure all CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, storage, and recording systems are functioning properly.
• Maintain access control systems, flap barriers, boom barriers, RFID readers, and associated software.
• Coordinate with OEMs/AMCs for repairs, annual maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, incident reports, and service logs.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to fire safety systems and participate in fire drills.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues affecting integrated systems.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and raise material requisitions for critical spares.
• Ensure all systems comply with client SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and technical assistance.
• Coordinate with security and facility teams for smooth operation of security and life safety systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on system performance, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Recommend system improvements and implement energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
• Provide technical support during emergencies and ensure quick restoration of critical systems.
• Train operations and security staff on the proper use and basic troubleshooting of installed systems.
