Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Functional Consultant 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to: 

• • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. 

• • Conduct discussions to understand current processes, pain points, and future-state requirements. 

• • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. 

• • Support solution design activities and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices. 

• • Work closely with technical teams, architects, and administrators to support development and configuration activities. 

• • Configure and support Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, roles, and permission sets. 

• • Participate in data mapping, migration, and integration-related discussions with internal and external systems. 

• • Create and maintain process documentation, functional design documents, and training materials as needed. 

• • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution activities. 

• • Conduct solution walkthroughs and testing sessions with business users and provide feedback to the delivery team. 

• • Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to improve business processes and system usability. 

• • Support deployment, post-production validation, and end-user adoption activities. 

• • Work on multiple projects or initiatives as assigned. 

• Required Skills and Experience: 

• • 9+ years of overall professional experience, with strong experience in CRM consulting and Salesforce functional delivery. 

• • Proven experience in multiple full life cycle Salesforce implementations. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, business analysis, process mapping, and functional documentation. 

• • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and platform functionality. 

• • Good knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. 

• • Experience supporting data migration, integrations, testing, and release activities. 

• • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and standard functionality. 

• • Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. 

• • Strong oral and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation skills. 

• • Demonstrated ability to understand, articulate, and solve complex business requirements. 

• • Proven ability to drive deliverables independently and support successful project completion. 

Preferred skill sets: 

•  Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant. 

• • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments. 

• • Exposure to AppExchange products and other Salesforce platform capabilities is an advantage.
