Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

• We are looking for tax and finance professionals who people who are (i) interested in ideating and innovating ways of automating tax with AI technology, (ii) thinking out of the box solutions (iii) researching latest AI technologies and thinking about ways to apply it to tax processes and (iv) reviewing outputs from AI tools and suggesting ways to improve it In this role, you will work closely with tax, product, and technology teams to help build and improve AI-enabled solutions for tax professionals and clients. You will provide tax expertise to AI workflows, review and test AI-generated outputs, identify gaps or inaccuracies, and suggest improvements. You will support teams working behind the scenes to design and enhance AI tools, helping ensure that tax logic, compliance requirements, and practical tax considerations are accurately reflected in AI solutions. We are particularly interested in candidates who understand that there is a difference between simply using AI tools and actively innovating tax processes by helping build, refine, and scale AI-driven ways of working. A strong learning mindset, interest in emerging technologies, and willingness to challenge and improve AI outcomes are key to success in this role. What We're Looking For
• Qualified or semi-qualified CA
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation fundamentals
• Curiosity about AI, Generative AI, and technology-enabled transformation
• Interest in improving and innovating tax processes using AI
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated outcomes and provide structured feedback
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
• Willingness to work with cross-functional teams across Tax, Product, and Technology
• Passion for continuous learning and exploring new ways of working

• Bachelor of Commerce
• Bachelor of Business Administration
• Master of Commerce
• Master of Business Administration
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management

Experience

• Business Analysis (3+ years)
• Financial Analysis (3+ years)
• Business Intelligence (3+ years)
