Associate Manager - Quality Assurance & Control
Responsibilities
- Preparing and revising the Quality Plan of Civil Activities.
- Pre & Post pour meetings and Kick off meeting with contractors / Vendors.
- Carry out pre-dispatch inspection at vendor’s works and issue IR & MDCC.
- Carrying out Field inspections for assigned sites and submit the visit report.
- Carrying out and witness Testing at site or at third party lab.
- Maintaining documentation of inspection and QA activities.
- Technical Audit of contractor.
- Identifying Non-conformity and closure of the same during pre-dispatch inspection at vendor’s works.
- Review concrete mix design, monitoring concrete batching plant and quality of concrete delivered & poured at site.
- Resolving Technical Issues of site and support to FQA.
- Monthly MIS preparation and Submission.
Functional
- QA practices.
- Pre-dispatch Inspection.
- Civil field inspection and testing work.
- ISO & Technical Auditing.
- Knowledge of relevant BIS codes and standards.
- Best industry Quality Practices.
Qualifications
- Exposure in Corporate or Field Quality Civil work. Preparation of Quality Plan / ITPs. Technical Audit skill, Pre-dispatch inspection skills.
- Experience Total: 8 to 12 Yrs
- Desired Qualification: Bachelor's in civil engineering.
