Warehouse Assistant - Off Role

Your Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities: OFF ROLE

•Overall HCDC Function Management
•Manage operations with the 3PL team, including Inbound, OEM & Aftermarket Outbound (Domestic & Export), Customer Returns, Kitting, and Inventory functions.
•Customer Support & Service
•Ensure timely parts deliveries and Dispatch Note (DN) execution as per defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
•Inventory Accuracy & Control
•Maintain high inventory accuracy ( WM & IM levels ) and manage liquidation of 3XXX series SLOC inventory on a monthly basis.
•Continuous Learning & Process Excellence
•Drive learning programs through the DOJO Room and sustain MOVE / SPS principles within HCDC.
•5S+2 & Kaizen Improvements
•Implement next-level 5S+2 practices and Kaizen initiatives. Conduct frequent shopfloor GEMBA walks to identify gaps and implement improvements. Introduce team motivation initiatives such as SPOT awards.
•Visual Management & Safety
•Enhance visual management on the shopfloor and ensure safety compliance. Conduct regular safety audits with the 3PL team, identify near-miss cases, and take corrective actions.

Your Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
•Minimum 5–6 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
•Good experience in manpower handling and team management.
•Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
•Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards
