As a Performance Marketing Senior Analyst, your day involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive learner acquisition and revenue growth for exclusive programs. You will manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, analyze campaign performance, optimize the learner acquisition funnel, and work closely with product, content, and sales teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Your role requires strong analytical skills, campaign expertise, and the ability to drive ROI-focused marketing strategies in a competitive education landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own and execute lead generation strategies for proprietary programs.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
Drive enrollment and revenue goals through effective campaign strategies and funnel optimization.
Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve ROI/ROAS/CAC metrics.
Collaborate with Product, Content, and Sales teams to develop campaign messaging and creatives.
Execute A/B testing, audience optimization, and performance reporting.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and learner behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.

Must To Have Skills: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Campaign Strategy & Optimization, SEO & SEM Fundamentals, Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking, A/B Testing, Budget Management, ROI/ROAS/CAC Analysis, Data Reporting.
Good To Have Skills: Programmatic Advertising, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Remarketing & Retargeting, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Creative Testing, Affiliate Marketing, Basic HTML/CSS, CRM Integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven approach with strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in EdTech/education industry is required.
A graduate degree is required MBA preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
