- Continuously analyze and optimize software components to improve system performance and reliability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance testing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze system bottlenecks and recommend improvements for enhanced software efficiency.
- Familiarity with monitoring and profiling tools to assess application performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with development teams to integrate performance testing into continuous integration pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
