Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic BPO hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, and job drives.
Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules with Operations and Hiring Managers.
Manage daily walk-ins and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring MIS.
Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and onboarding.
Ensure proper usage and updates in HRMS/ATS platforms like Zimyo.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements.
Coordinate with operations teams for manpower planning and hiring priorities.
Ensure adherence to recruitment TAT and process compliance.
Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
Experience in Domestic BPO volume hiring preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
