Job Description – Online Risk Management (ORM)

Designation: Online Risk Management (ORM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor online platforms to identify suspicious, fraudulent, or policy-violating activities.

- Review user accounts, transactions, and content for potential risks.

- Investigate and resolve cases related to fraud, abuse, or compliance violations.

- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures while handling cases.

- Escalate high-risk or complex issues to the appropriate teams.

- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on investigations and outcomes.

- Ensure confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information.

- Work closely with internal teams to improve risk detection and prevention processes.

Eligibility:

- Strong English communication skills (Versant Level 5).

- Experience in Online Risk Management, Trust & Safety, Fraud Detection, or Content Moderation is preferred.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.

- Comfortable working in night shifts.

Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Salary: ₹28,000 CTC
