Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Attract and develop talented Insurance Consultants (ICs).
Training & Mentoring: Guide and motivate your team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in driving the sales of Bajaj Allianz Life insurance products through your team.
Customer Satisfaction: Focus on customer service excellence and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to company guidelines and IRDAI regulations.

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (depending on performance).
