Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder / Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities through online freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Find relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding portals.
  • Prepare and submit customized proposals based on client requirements.
  • Generate leads and convert potential clients into projects.
  • Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and handle initial discussions.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the UI/UX and development team to understand project requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
  • Maintain records of bids, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and project acquisition targets.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in online bidding/business development.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design, website development, mobile apps, or IT services.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
