Job Title: Training Coordinator / Student Counselor

Education Required: B.Tech (Civil Engineering OR Electrical / Electronics Engineering)

Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Prior experience as an Instructor/Faculty in a technical training institute is required)

Salary Offered: Up to ₹25,000 / month + Performance Incentives

Job Location: Base Office + Regional Travel (Colleges & Institutes Visit)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a B.Tech graduate (Civil or Electrical/Electronics) with 1–2 years of experience as an Institute Instructor or Faculty for the role of Training Coordinator & Counselor. You will visit engineering and polytechnic colleges, deliver technical presentations, build partnerships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and counsel students on industrial skill development and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Institutional Tie-ups: Partner with college TPOs, HODs, and Deans to finalize training program agreements.
• Seminars & Technical Presentations: Conduct interactive seminars and technical workshops on college campuses.
• Student Counseling: Guide students through 1-on-1 and group counseling sessions regarding technical skills and industry demands.
• Lead Conversion: Convert student inquiries from campus visits into active training enrollments.
• Execution: Plan and manage college visit schedules, seminars, and training calendars.

Key Requirements:

• B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering OR Electrical / Electronics Engineering (EEE / EE / ECE).
• 1–2 years of experience working as an Instructor, Trainer, or Faculty in a technical training institute.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to college campuses across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and nearby regions.
• Ability to effectively connect with engineering students and college decision-makers.
