Job SummaryWe are looking for hardworking and dedicated staff to assist in the preparation and production of traditional Maharashtrian food products, including Puranpoli, Gulpoli, and Diwali Faral items. The candidate will support daily food production activities, ingredient preparation, cooking, shaping, packing, and maintaining hygiene standards in the factory.

Candidates with prior experience in preparing Maharashtrian food items, sweets, snacks, or other food products will be preferred. Freshers who are willing to learn and work in food production can also apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and production of Puranpoli, Gulpoli, and traditional Diwali Faral items.
• Prepare and measure ingredients such as flour, jaggery, sugar, pulses, spices, and other raw materials.
• Help with dough preparation, mixing, kneading, rolling, shaping, and filling food products.
• Assist in cooking, roasting, frying, and other food preparation processes as required.
• Support the preparation of traditional Maharashtrian sweets and snacks according to production requirements.
• Operate basic food preparation equipment and utensils safely.
• Check the quality, taste, texture, and appearance of prepared products.
• Assist with weighing, portioning, packing, labeling, and storing finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety procedures and instructions provided by the supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Work with the production team to complete daily production targets on time.
• RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in food production, sweet making, snack preparation, or Maharashtrian cooking will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of preparing Puranpoli, Gulpoli, or Diwali Faral items is preferred.
• Willingness to perform hands-on food preparation and factory production work.
• Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and hygiene instructions.
• Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work as part of a production team.
