Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage distributors, dealers, wholesalers and retail outlets.
  • Increase market coverage and appoint new dealers/retailers.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales.
  • Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activity.
  • Ensure proper stock availability and product distribution.
  • Implement schemes, promotions and merchandising activities.
  • Manage collections and distributor credit.
  • Build strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
  • Train and motivate the sales team.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS and market reports.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities.
