Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle cash and bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain vendor, customer, employee, and expense ledgers.
- Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly expense statements and financial reports.
- Manage salary, advances, reimbursements, and payroll-related accounting.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting bills for all transactions.
- Work efficiently on Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Provide financial data and reports to management as required.
