Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and compliance. The candidate should have good knowledge of real estate accounting, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, journal entries, and vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle vendor payments, client receipts, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain project-wise accounting and expense records.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Accounting.
• Understanding of RERA-related financial documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
• Educational QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance.
• Relevant accounting certification will be an added advantage.

ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
