Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

Swami Samarth PET Industries is looking for a responsible and experienced Purchase Executive / Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and timely availability of required materials for manufacturing operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRaw materials, spare parts, components, packaging materials and other required items ki procurement.
• New suppliers/vendors identify karna aur quotations collect karna.
• Existing vendors ke saath price, quality aur delivery terms negotiate karna.
• Purchase Orders (PO) prepare aur issue karna.
• Material requirement ke according timely purchasing ensure karna.
• Vendor follow-up for order status and delivery.
• Purchase quotations ka comparison aur best commercial option select karna.
• Purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs aur invoices maintain karna.
• Production/Stores/Accounts departments ke saath coordination.
• Material quality aur quantity issues ke regarding vendors ke saath coordination.
• Cost reduction aur better vendor rates ke opportunities identify karna.
• Local as well as outside suppliers ke saath coordination.
• Required SkillsPurchase/Procurement ka practical knowledge.
• Vendor negotiation skills.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• MS Excel aur basic computer knowledge.
• Purchase Order aur quotation comparison ka knowledge.
• Manufacturing/engineering industry ka experience preferred.
• Responsible, organized aur deadline-oriented approach.

QualificationAny Graduate / Diploma / relevant qualification.

Experience1–5 years in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in a manufacturing / engineering / machinery industry.
