Roles and Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

• Data Maintenance :- Maintain data of interviews and keep updating once new update comes from recruiters
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with bench Candidates, Account Managers, and vendor contacts for future business opportunities and provide reports to Management once it required.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain detailed trackers (via ATS, CRM, or Excel) of daily submissions, interview stages, and Candidate availability.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 0 to 3+ years of experience in Data Entry or computers.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate and build professional networks.

Desired Candidate profile:

·        Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)-6:00PM/6:30PM to 3:30AM/4:00AM, 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).
