Job Description

  1. Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
  2. Handle Sales and Purchase Invoices, Debit Notes and Credit Notes.
  3. Manage Payment and Receipt Entries.
  4. Maintain Customer and Vendor Ledger Accounts.
  5. Handle GST-related work, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
  6. Assist in TDS calculations, deductions and returns.
  7. Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and Ledger Reconciliation.
  8. Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  9. Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
  10. Prepare monthly reports, expense statements and financial summaries.
  11. Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents.
  12. Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
  • Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation.
  • Good command of MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily accounting activities.
