Job Overview
• Role Title: Field Coordinator – Skill Development •
Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur to Digha)
• Reports To: Project Manager / Program Co-ordinator
• Key Focus: Mobilizing candidates, tracking batch enrolments, coordinating with training partners, and supporting placement outcomes. • Gender: Females
• Age: Minimum 25, Maximum 35
• Salary: No Bar for the right candidate
• Working Hours/Days: 10am – 7pm Monday to Saturday.
• Contract Period: Until Project ends Note: Immediate Hiring
Key Responsibilities
• Candidate Mobilization & Proiling: Identify, counsel, and register local youth/beneiciaries for vocational training schemes in collaboration with NGOs / Community Leaders / Educational Institutions / Women's Groups.
• On-Ground Operations: Supervise daily centre activities, monitor student attendance, and ensure training infrastructure meets quality standards. Daily ield/training status to be submitted on a daily basis at EOD.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Connect with local community leaders, Panchayat/municipal bodies, employers, and training instructors.
• Data & MIS Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly attendance logs, beneiciary consent forms, and progress reports using tools like MS Excel or digital tracking apps.
• Placement & Tracking: Coordinate mock interviews, employer visits, and postplacement tracking for certi ied candidates. Required Quali ications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Masters in Business Administration.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of ield-level experience in community mobilization, nonproits, or skill development programs.
• Language Skills: Fluency in the local regional language (Marathi & Hindi) and working knowledge of English.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Basic computer proiciency (MS Word, Excel), strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel extensively.
