Telecaller (B2B) - The LexSphere
Varanasi (office) | Full-time
About the role
The LexSphere helps companies across India update their HR documents and policies under the new Labour Codes. You will call HR heads and founders, understand their needs, and book them for a free 30-minute compliance assessment.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with companies from our lead list
- Understand headcount, locations, current HR documents and key concerns
- Book assessment calls and manage the calendar
- Follow up on proposals until closed or marked cold
- Update the lead sheet after every call, the same day
- Report weekly numbers at the Saturday review
Requirements
- Clear, confident spoken Hindi and English
- 6 months or more in telecalling, inside sales or recruitment coordination (freshers with strong communication can apply)
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets and email
- Consistent follow-up without being pushy
Good to have
Law, HR or MBA background. Experience calling businesses.
