Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our real estate projects, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team for site visits.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective customers and generate new leads.
  • Explain project details, location, pricing, payment plans and development features.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project information.
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
  • Maintain customer and lead details in Excel/CRM.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and sales.
  • RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Experience in Real Estate Telecalling/Sales will be preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage.
  • Target-oriented and positive attitude.
