Job Title: Outbound Sales Calling Agent

Qualification: Graduates preferred (12th pass with good communication skills can be considered)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Outbound Sales Calling Agent to join our sales team. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products, answer their questions, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases
• Present and explain product clearly and persuasively
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous sales or call center experience is a plus
