Agency Manager

Job Role

The primary responsibility of the Agency Manager is to develop and manage the agency distribution channel by recruiting, training, motivating, and supporting insurance advisors/agents to achieve business targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors / Agents.
• Build and maintain a strong agency/agent network.
• Generate business through existing and newly recruited advisors.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Train and motivate advisors on insurance products, sales techniques, and company processes.
• Maintain regular relationships with advisors and provide sales support.
• Identify potential markets and generate new business opportunities.
• Monitor advisor performance and help them achieve their targets.
• Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and sales activities with advisors.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain customer and advisor relationships for long-term business development.
• Track business performance and prepare regular sales reports.
