Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new merchants and onboard them for HDFC Bank's QR code, Soundbox, and POS machine services.

Generate leads through market visits, merchant references, and local business networking.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and payment solutions to prospective merchants.

Cross-sell financial products, including insurance, term loans, and Dukandar Overdraft, to eligible customers.

Achieve monthly sales and merchant activation targets.

Maintain strong relationships with merchants and provide support for product-related queries.

Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to bank policies.
