Job Description

Company: Growmore Group

Department: Sales & Marketing

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  2. Develop new B2B customers and markets.
  3. Maintain relationships with existing customers.
  4. Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
  5. Conduct customer visits and business meetings.
  6. Handle quotations, pricing and negotiations.
  7. Follow up on orders, dispatches and payments.
  8. Manage and guide the sales team.
  9. Maintain CRM and customer records.
  10. Submit daily and monthly sales reports.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.

Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales.

Skills: Communication, negotiation, leadership and customer management.

Industry Preference: Battery, Silicone and Industrial Chemicals.

Reporting To: Director / Management.
