Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented multilingual Sales Executive to handle healthcare leads generated through telephonic inquiries, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for converting potential leads into customers by providing accurate information, building trust, and ensuring excellent customer interaction. Health care expirenced candidates are more preferable. English fluency is must. Required immidiate joiners.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services/products.
• Convert leads received from marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms into successful sales.
• Explain healthcare services, packages, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads and clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Update customer details and sales progress in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with marketing and support teams for lead management.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
