Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be sales-oriented, and be able to handle customer queries across multiple channels while driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email.

- Guide customers with product selection and resolve their queries.

- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, offers, and order status.

- Handle customer objections and convert inquiries into sales.

- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for order processing and dispatch.

- Manage returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.

- Maintain customer records and follow up with leads.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and CRM/customer management tools.

- Basic computer knowledge and a customer-first approach.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
