About the Role We are looking for an energetic, commercial-minded Sales & Marketing Studio Manager to run our brand-new boutique Pilates & wellness studio. You will be the commercial driving force and operational backbone of the studio—owning end-to-end client experience, local offline partnerships, social media growth, and daily facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales, Business Growth & Local B2B Partnerships

• Drive new member walk-ins, trial bookings, and package conversions to hit monthly revenue goals.
• Scout, pitch, and execute cross-promotional tie-ups with complementary local businesses (premium salons, aesthetic clinics, organic cafes, luxury boutiques, and clubhouses).
• Plan and host in-studio community events, open houses, and pop-up collaborations to establish Vaha Wellness.

2. Social Media & Influencer Outreach

• Lead community outreach on Instagram: identify, reach out to, and coordinate barter/paid collaborations with relevant Mumbai-based lifestyle and fitness creators.
• Actively engage with prospective clients via Instagram DMs and comments, turning online interest into confirmed studio trials.
• Support on-ground content creation (reels, behind-the-scenes moments, client transformation stories) to keep the brand active and aspirational.

3. Client Relationship & Communication (WhatsApp & In-Person)

• Manage the official WhatsApp Business account with prompt, high-touch responses.
• Handle class bookings, rescheduling, waitlists, and strict adherence to studio cancellation policies.
• Track client renewal dates, attendance drop-offs, and package expirations; proactively retain clients through warm follow-ups.

4. Trainer & Schedule Management

• Maintain trainer timetables, slot allocations, and daily class capacity.
• Supervise trainer leaves, emergency sub-ins, and shift rotations to ensure zero session interruptions.
• Ensure clear, professional daily communication between instructors, management, and clients.

5. Full Studio Operations & Upkeep

• Take complete ownership of the studio environment: ensure immaculate hygiene, equipment functionality, calming ambient lighting, and music.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and support vendors for daily maintenance.
• Manage studio inventory (grip socks, cleaning supplies, client refreshments, branded collateral) and maintain tracking logs on Excel.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, boutique hospitality, fitness management, luxury retail, or customer relations.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English; confident in presenting and pitching to prospective clients and partners.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business tools, Instagram, and booking software.
• Mindset: Proactive, commercially driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced studio launch environment.
