Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development & Marketing Activities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, references, online platforms, and market visits.

• Generate leads and convert them into prospective clients/customers.

• Follow up regularly with existing and prospective clients.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other required information.

• Negotiate with clients and coordinate until the deal/order is successfully closed.

• Promote the company, its products/services, projects, and offerings through appropriate marketing channels.

• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competitors, pricing, and market trends.

• Assist in preparing marketing material, presentations, brochures, WhatsApp campaigns, email campaigns, and social media promotions.

• Explore new marketing channels and opportunities for generating enquiries.

4. Reporting & Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports.

• Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, channel partners, and business contacts.

• Track pending follow-ups and ensure timely action.

• Coordinate with management, accounts, administration, operations, and other departments wherever required.

• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, channel partners, and other business associates.

• Assist management in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
