Job Description
Responsibilities
Role: Credit Card Sales – Banca Channel / Branch Sitting
Key Responsibilities:
Generate credit card leads through branch customers and references.
Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility and charges to customers.
Complete customer verification and collect required KYC/documents.
Process credit card applications accurately and follow up until submission/approval.
Coordinate with branch staff for lead generation and customer references.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records and update sales/MIS reports.
Resolve basic customer queries and provide post-sales support.
Follow company policies, compliance and KYC guidelines.
