Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales, develop new business opportunities, and manage distributor relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the Manufacturing & Production industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B sales leads and convert them into customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage and coordinate with distributors and channel partners.
• Prepare sales plans and strategies to achieve business targets.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years

• Day Shift (Full-Time)

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹8,000
