• Job ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for overdue payments through calls, messages, and field visits.
• Recover outstanding dues as per company policies.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
• Track overdue accounts and update collection records.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
• Identify high-risk and long-pending accounts and escalate cases to management.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Follow company policies and applicable legal guidelines during recovery activities.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Field collection experience is an advantage.
• QualificationsMinimum 12th pass or graduate, depending on company requirements.
• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, loan recovery, or collections is preferred.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly recovery amount.
• Collection efficiency.
• Number of overdue accounts resolved.
• Promise-to-pay conversion rate.
