Job Title: Telecaller Cum Operations Executive
Location: Bangalore

Atom Enterprises is an authorized InXpress franchise providing international courier, import, export, domestic courier, and freight solutions to businesses across India. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to support our sales and operations activities.
- Main Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Cold CallingMake outbound calls to businesses to introduce InXpress services.
- Identify potential customers requiring domestic or international shipping solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Business Owner.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- 2. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer shipping requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- 3. Reporting & AdministrationMaintain daily call reports and activity records.
- Update customer information in Excel sheets and CRM systems.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports.
- 4. Logistics Operations SupportAssist with shipment bookings and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with customers for shipment documents and requirements.
- Support customers with basic operational queries.
- Ensure shipment information is entered accurately into company systems.
- 5. Business Development SupportResearch potential customers in industries such as manufacturing, electronics, engineering, e-commerce, importers, and exporters.
- Maintain databases of target companies and decision-makers.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives as required.
- Desired SkillsGood communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Internet applications.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- QualificationAny Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA or equivalent).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
