Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

AK Production is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to join our Bangalore team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for B2B sales, lead generation, new customer acquisition, field visits, client relationship management and business development for our industrial and commercial products.

This is a field-based sales role involving regular customer visits, lead generation, follow-ups and conversion of business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, references and market research.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Visit existing and potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Promote and explain company products and solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Generate leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements.
• Negotiate with customers and work towards converting leads into business.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, enquiries and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.

Required Skills

• Barcode Ribbons & Industrial Consumables
• Garment & Textile Industry
• Retail Solutions / Retail Technology
• EAS / Anti-Theft Security Systems
• POS / AIDC / Auto-ID Solutions
• Industrial Products & B2B Consumables

Experience

1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Marketing or Business Development is preferred.

Candidates with relevant industry experience and strong B2B sales skills will be given preference.

Compensation & Benefits

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Mobile Allowance + Petrol Allowance

Location Requirement

Local candidates from Bangalore and nearby areas are preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable with regular field visits and travelling within Bangalore and nearby areas for customer meetings and business development.

Candidates who are not comfortable with field sales or customer visits will not be suitable for this role.
