Customer Relations Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the customer pipeline from first conversation to closed order
• Engage with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns — understand requirements, present solutions, and drive conversions
• Handle pricing discussions and close sales in coordination with the sales head
• Maintain accurate and up to date records in CRM — every lead, interaction, follow up, and outcome documented without gaps
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing customers through consistent communication
• Coordinate internally with design, production, and dispatch to ensure customer commitments are met
• Track lead status and follow up consistently — we will teach you how to read the pipeline
• Learn and apply technical knowledge of the packaging industry to advise customers and propose the right solutions

What We Are Looking For

• Fresher or up to 2–3 years of experience in sales, CRM, or customer facing roles
• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English — Hindi is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to grasp technical product details quickly
• Good with numbers — comfortable with pricing, calculations, and basic data analysis
• Proficient with CRM software or any computer based tools — will be trained on our systems
• Self motivated, proactive, and disciplined with follow ups
