Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Matrix Kitchen Makers is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, quotations, sales follow-ups and order coordination.

The ideal candidate should be a confident communicator, good at follow-ups, organized, and passionate about converting enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and email. 

• Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations. 

• Coordinate with vendors to obtain product prices, specifications and availability. 

• Send quotations and actively follow up with customers to convert enquiries into orders. 

• Maintain enquiry, quotation and follow-up records. 

• Research new products, equipment and vendors in the market. 

• Process confirmed orders and prepare Proforma Invoices (PI). 

• Coordinate with the factory/production team for order execution. 

• Track orders from confirmation through production to dispatch. 

• Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing and payment-related requirements. 

• Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure timely communication. 

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales or sales coordination. 

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. 

• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities. 

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email and WhatsApp. 

• Good numerical and commercial understanding. 

• Organized and capable of handling multiple enquiries simultaneously. 

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership. 

• Experience in B2B sales, commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality, engineering or similar industries will be an advantage.
