About Us

Santhosh Marbles supplies quality marble, granite, tiles, and natural stone for homes, commercial spaces, and construction projects. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to grow our customer base and deliver an excellent buying experience.

The Sales Executive will handle customer enquiries, present our range of stones and finishes, prepare quotations, and close sales. You will work with homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors, building lasting relationships and meeting monthly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities Welcome walk-in customers and understand their requirements, budget, and project timelines.
• Explain the features, quality, finishes, and uses of different marble and stone varieties.
• Recommend suitable products based on the customer’s space, design preferences, and usage.
• Prepare accurate quotations and measurement-based estimates.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations by phone, WhatsApp, and in person to convert leads into orders.
• Build relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors to generate repeat and bulk business.
• Visit project sites when needed to take measurements and understand requirements.
• Coordinate with the stores, billing, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction after sale.
• Maintain records of enquiries, sales, and customer details.
• Keep the showroom and displays neat, organised, and attractive.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor pricing, and new product varieties.
• Required Qualifications and SkillsGraduate in any discipline (preferred), or 12th pass with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in marble, tiles, granite, building materials, or interiors. Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in [Tamil/English/other local languages].
• Basic knowledge of stone types and finishes is an advantage.
• Ability to read measurements and prepare simple estimates.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, billing software, WhatsApp Business).
• Confident, customer-focused, and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
