Job Description

  • Prospect for new customers and develop leads within an assigned territory
  • Schedule and conduct regular face-to-face customer visits
  • Present products or services clearly and persuasively to meet customer needs
  • Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agree sales contracts with customers
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team targets
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity and customer interactions
  • Follow up on enquiries and progress orders through to completion
  • Manage account relationships to maximise repeat business and retention
  • Collect and relay market feedback and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
  • Prepare regular sales reports and update management on pipeline status
  • Plan and prioritise territory activity to maximise sales efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain accurate documentation
