Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls related to HSBC credit cards.
  • Resolve customer queries regarding credit card services, transactions, and products.
  • Provide accurate information about credit card offers, schemes, and benefits.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling credit card products and offers.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO inbound voice customer service experience.
  • Communication: C1-level communication skills required.
  • Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Candidates must be willing to undergo CIBIL score and past loan-default checks.
