Job Description

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients requiring recruitment services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
  • Connect with Founders, CEOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers and decision-makers.
  • Convert leads into active recruitment assignments and close business deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly targets for new clients, recruitment mandates and revenue generation.
  • Maintain daily activity reports, lead records and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
