• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential franchise partners for e-commerce delivery services.
• Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Explain franchise opportunities, business models, and company services to interested clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into confirmed franchise partners.
• Build strong client relationships and support business expansion.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales performance and lead conversion.
• Candidate RequirementsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Ability to handle client inquiries and negotiate professionally.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Experience in sales, telecalling, or logistics is preferred.
