Travel Consultant

We are looking for an Operations & Accounts Executive to join a Travel & Tourism company in Adajan, Surat. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of travel operations, ticket booking, basic accounting, MS Excel, documentation, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings
• Manage IRCTC / railway ticket bookings
• Coordinate hotel bookings and tour package reservations
• Assist customers with visa and passport documentation
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds
• Prepare invoices and maintain payment records
• Maintain daily booking, collection, and outstanding reports
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, IRCTC, and other travel vendors
• Handle customer queries and payment follow-ups
• Perform basic accounting and data-entry activities related to travel operations

Required Skills

• Travel operations and ticketing knowledge
• Knowledge of flight and railway ticket booking
• IRCTC / travel booking portal experience
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Strong documentation and record-management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Eligibility

• B.Com / BBA / Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Candidates with relevant Travel & Tourism training may also apply
• Freshers with good knowledge of ticketing and travel operations can also be considered
