Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, sales growth, digital marketing, and business development.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales & revenue targets
  • Generate and convert leads
  • Manage digital & local marketing campaigns
  • Handle customer & corporate/fleet relationships
  • Promote Real Motors services & membership plans
  • Manage sales team and daily performance
  • Track leads, follow-ups & conversions
  • Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
  • RequirementsExperience: 1–3 Years in Sales & Marketing
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Sales target-oriented and leadership ability
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Meta Ads & CRM
  • Automobile/Fleet industry experience preferred
  • Gujarati, Hindi & English communication preferred
  • Willingness to travel locally
