Job DescriptionWinngs is a growing food delivery platform focused on connecting customers with local restaurants and food businesses. We are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Surat.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding restaurants, building strong relationships with restaurant owners, promoting Winngs, and expanding our presence across the local market.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach restaurants, cafes, food outlets and cloud kitchens for onboarding.
• Explain Winngs' platform, benefits, commission structure and promotional opportunities to restaurant owners.
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, references and local market research.
• Handle the complete restaurant onboarding process from initial discussion to activation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
• Follow up with potential restaurant partners and convert leads into active partners.
• Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Collect competitor and market information and share useful insights with the team.
• Support marketing activities, local promotions and brand awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with the operations and internal teams to resolve partner-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident personality with strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Surat for field sales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing and customer relationship management.
• Ability to communicate professionally with business owners.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales ability can also apply.
• Experience in food delivery, restaurant, FMCG, retail or technology sales will be an advantage.
