Job Description
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Acquire new clients through field visits, referrals, or leads.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client portfolio reviews and follow-ups.
Investment Planning & Recommendations:
- Evaluate the financial objectives and risk profiles of clients.
- Create and recommend need-based investment & insurance plans (Risk Management, Retirement, Tax-saving, etc.).
- Guide clients on financial products and strategies in a simple manner.
Targets Achievement with Concept Selling:
- Recommend and sell appropriate financial products (Mutual Funds, SIP, PMS/AIF, Term, Health, PA, Motor, ULIP Pension, etc.)
- Meet or exceed the organisation's sales targets.
Stay updated on Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about market trends, investment & insurance products, and regulatory updates.
- Attend training sessions and maintain certifications/licenses (e.g., CFP, NISM)
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and other departments) and provide regular performance reports to the Immediate Supervisor.
